• What I've learned: State clear expectations and delivery outcomes. Otherwise, you design and design and design...

Assuming the client knows the design process.

• What I've learned: Understand what they know and how they work and be open to also adjust the process to their needs. Otherwise, you work on 8 screens for 1 year...

​Adding more people to a project to deliver faster.​

​

• What I've learned: New team members deserve on-boarding time which is often underestimated. 

​

​Not trusting in my own skills and letting others kill my mojo. 

​

• What I've learned: Don't take critique personally, but also point out if it felt personal.​
