We looked beyond the brand's services and current products.

We got to know the needs and attitudes of the brand target group,

conducted deep market research to create a market and trend analysis,

mapped the brand ecosystem and designed a service map and vision.
My Tasks
I conducted the user research with the target group, persona poster, and the as-is journey, researched and analyzed with the business designer the trends of the market for the ecosystem map, and was responsible for the in-budget and in-time delivery.
