“We need new ideas to stay relevant in the future.”

What we did
We looked beyond the brands services and current products. We got to know the needs and attitudes of the brand target group, conducted a deep market research to create a market and trend analysis, mapped the brand ecosystem and designed a service map and vision.

My Tasks
I conducted the user research with the target group, persona poster, the as-is journey, researched and analysed with the business designer the trends of the market for the ecosystem map and was responsible for the in-budget and in-time delivery.
