The process everyone goes through is a beautiful experience to witness: from out-of-the-comfort-zone-akwardness to trusting-the-process to newly gained confidence in oneself.

• analysed the gaps between the as-is and the to-be state.

• Design research across the globe - from India to South America 

• Synthesising and consolidating the research output and insights to create organizational alignment, archetypes, design themes and drivers

• Brand new concept that indicates the total health of a business: from revenue numbers to contractual metrics

Fail forward  aka "learning from mistakes"

Stating "we will create the best app with the most satisfying designs". That was a bad idea. 

• What I've learned: State clear expectation and delivery outcomes. Otherwise you design and design and design...

Assuming the client knows the design process.

• What I've learned: Understand what they know and how they work and be open to also adjust the process to their needs. Otherwise you work on 8 screens for 1 year...

Adding more people to a project to deliver faster.

• What I've learned: New team member deserve on-boarding time which is often underestimated. 

Not trusting in my own skills and let others kill my mojo. 

• What I've learned: Don't take critique personal, but also point out if it felt personal.​
